  Abbey Cocktail

(Ctrl)  1 ½ fl, ozs.  Gin, ¼ lemon juice, dash orange bitters. Shake well over ice. Stain into a Cocktail Glass, top with a cherry.

 

Aberdeen Angus

 (Cocktail) 2/3 measure Scotch whisky, 1/3 measure Drambuie, 1 ½ oz's honey, juice ½ lime. Stir whiskey,
honey and juice in a warmed mug, add flaming liqueur. Stir and serve.

 

Absinthe –American Style

(Cocktail) 1 dash Angostura , 4dashes syrup, ¼  gillPastis,1/4 gill water .shake over ice until frozen ,
strain into a Cocktail Glass ,twist of lemon peel.

 

Absinthe Cocktail

(Cocktail)  1 part Per nod, 1 part water, 1 dash sugar syrup, 1dash Angostura. Shake over ice, stain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Absinthe Cooler

(Cocktail) 3 dashes Per nod, 1/2 gill Whiskey.1\8 gill lemon juice, 2 dashes Angostura, 1/2 pint ginger ale
Stir in a tall glass with ice cube, serve with Per nod on top.

 

Absinthe Drip

(Cocktail)Made with a special drip glass. A cube of sugar and a cube of ice are placed in the dripper and a measure
of Absinthe (Pastis ) is placed in the glass ,Ice cold water is poured over the sugar and ice to drip into the Absinthe
.(A tea-strainer can be substituted for the dripper ).

 

 

Absinthe Special

(Cocktail) .1/2 measures Absinthe, ½ measure dry Gin, dash Angostura, dash Grenadine. Shake over ice, stain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Absinthe Suissesse

(Cocktail) 1/5 gill Per nod, 3 dashes Anisette, 3dashes orange flower water, 4 dashes crème de menthe, 1 egg white.
Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Absinthe- Swiss Style

(Cocktail)Also known as Mominette. ½ gill absinthe in a tumbler, add syrup to taste .then top up with iced water.
Grenadine may be used in lieu of syrup. (See- Tomate (une). Pouree (Une).

 

Acacia Cocktail

(Cocktail) 1 measure dry Gin, 1/2 measure Benedictine. Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Acapulco

(Cocktail) 1 ½ oz's White rum, ¼ oz. Triple Sec, 1 bar spoon sugar syrup, dash egg white .
Shake well over ice, strain into an Sacramento Valley, California,

 

Acapulco Cocktail

(Cocktail) 1/2 measure Tequila, ½ measure white rum, 1gill pineapple ½ lime juice.
Shake well over ice stain into an ice –filled Collins glass, top with pineapple piece.

 

Acapulco Gold Cocktail

(Cocktail) 1/6 gill Golden Tequila, 1/6 golden rum, 1/6 gill coconut cream 1/6 gill grapefruit juice,1/3 gill pineapple juice.
Shake well over ice, stain into an ice-filled high ball glass

 

Adam and Eve  

(Cocktail) 1/2 measure Gin 1/5 measure Amaretto Disaronno, 1/5 measure Drembuie, 1 dash Grenadine, 1 dash Gomme syrup.
Shake over ice. Strain. Decorate with cherry and lemon slice.

 

Adam and Eve Cocktail 

                          (Cocktail) 1/3 measure orange Curacao, 1/6 measure Yellow chartreuse. Stir with ice. Strain into a Cocktail
                           glass.

Adam Cocktail (Cocktail)

1/2 measure Jamaican rum, ¼ measure Grenadine, 1/4

Adam’s Apple Cocktail (Cocktail)

1/4 gill Calvados, 1/8 gill dry Gin, 1/8 Gill Italian vermouth, 2 dashes Yellow Chartreuse.
Stir all ingredients over broken ice. Strain into a Cocktail Glass, decorate with cherry, and add twist lemon peel.

 

Addington Cocktail (Cocktail)

½ measure sweet Vermouth. ½ measure dry Vermouth. Stir over ice, strain into an ice-filled high ball glass. Top with soda water.

 

Adios Amigos (Cocktail)

 1/3 gill white Rum, 1/6 gill Cognac, 1/6 gill Gin, 1/6 gill dry Vermouth, 1/6 gill lime juice.
Shake well over ice, strain into an ice filled high ball glass.

Admiral Cocktail (Cocktail)

 (1). 1/3 measure Bourbon whiskey, 2/3 measure French vermouth, juice ½ lemon.
Shake well over ice, strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Add squeeze of lemon peel juice.

 

Admiral Cocktail (Cocktail)

(2). 1 measure Gin. ½ measure Cherry brandy, ½ measure lemon juice.
Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Adnis (Cocktail)

 2/3 measures dry Sherry, 1/3 measure sweet Vermouth, 1 dash Orange bitters.
Stir over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass, and add twist of orange peel.

 

Affinity (Cocktail)

1/3 measure sweet Vermouth, 2/3 measure Scotch whisky, 2 dashes Angostura/ stir over ice,
strain into Cocktail Glass.

 

A Dry Cocktail (Cocktail)

1/5 gill Bourbon whiskey, 4 dashes Cointreau. Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass with crushed ice.
Dress with a cherry.

 

Ad-vo-tizer (Cocktail)

 2 fl.ozs. Dry Vermouth, 1 fl.oz. Advocaat, Tizer. Build Advocaat and vermouth into an ice-filled high ball glass.
Stir in Tizer, add slice of oranges

 

After Dinner (Cocktail)

1/3 measure lemon juice, 1/3 measure Cherry brandy.1/3 measure Prunelle. Shake over ice .Strain.

 

After-Eight (Cocktail)

1/3 measure j&b Scotch, whisky 1/3 measure Royal Mint Chocolate liqueur, 1/3 measure cream.
Shake well over ice .Strain, top with grated chocolate.

 

Afternoon (Cocktail)

1/3 measure cognac, 1/3 measure fernet Branca, 1/3 measure Maraschino.
Stir over crushed ice, pour into a Champagne saucer .Top with a dash of soda water, orange slice and serve with straws.

 

 

After One (Cocktail)

¼ measure Campari, ¼ measure Gin, 1/4 measure sweet Vermouth, ¼ Galliano.
Shake over ice, strain; add a twist of Orange peel and a Cocktail Glass.

 

After Supper Cocktail (Cocktail)

1 measure Triple sec, 1 measure Apricot brandy, ¼ lemon juice. Shake over ice, strain into Cocktail Glass.

 

Aird (L’) (Cocktail)

4/10 measure Scotch whisky, 4/10 measure Kahlua, 1/10 measure Bols Maraschino, 1/10 measure Ginger wine.
Shake with ice, strain into a goblet.

 

A.j. (Cocktail)

1 ½ oz's Apple Jack, 1 oz. grapefruit juice. Shake well over ice, strain into Cocktail Glass.

 

Alabama Cocktail (Cocktail)

   1 ½ oz's Brandy, ½ oz. lemon juice ,1/4 oz, Triple sec, dash gomme syrup.

    Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Alabama Fizz (Cocktail)

                               2 fl.ozs.Gin ½ lemon juice, teaspoon powdered sugar .
Shake over ice, strain into ice –filled high ball glass. Top with soda and fresh mint. 

      Alaska (Cocktail)

                              2/3 measure dry Gin, 1/3 measure Yellow Chartreuse. Shake well over                                                                                                                                                                                            

                              ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

      Albemarle Fizz (Cocktail)

                           1 ft .oz. Dry Gin, 2 dashes raspberry syrup, juice ½ lemon, dash

                            Gomme syrup, juice strain into an ice-filled high ball, Top with soda and

                            2 cherries. Serve with straws.

     

 Albemarle Thirst Chaser (Cocktail)

                          Juice of ½ of orange and lemon, of an egg white. Shake

                         Over ice. strain into a tumbler, top with lemonade.

 

Alcazar Cocktail (Cocktail)

                                       ¼ gill Canadian Club whisky, 1/6 gill Benedictine stir

                                        ingredients over broken ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

                                        Decorate with cherry and dash of orange peel juice. (A small

                                        dash of orange bitters may be included. 

 

 

Al Cocktail (Cocktail)

2/3 measure dry Gin, 1/3 measure dry Gin, 1/3 measure Grand Marnier, dash Grenadine, dash lemon juice.
Shake well over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass. Dress with a lemon peel spiral.

Alcudia (Cocktail)

2/5 measure dry Gin, 1/5 measure Crème de banane, 1/5 measure Galliano, 1/5 measure grapefruit juice.
Shake well over ice, strain, add twist of grapefruit peel.

 

Alec’s Angel (Cocktail)

 ¾ liqueur glass of Crème de Cacao, top with fresh cream.

 

Ale Sangaree (Cocktail)

Dissolve ½ oz. Of sugar into 5 fl.ozs, water Place in a large tumbler, fill up with Ale. Top with grated nutmeg.

 

Alexander (Cocktail)

2 parts dry Gin, 1 part Crème de Cacao, 1 part double cream.
Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Alexander Baby (Cocktail)

 1/3 measure Navy rum, 1/3 measure Crème de Cacao, 1//3 measure cream.
Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass. Top with grated nutmeg.

 

Alexander Cocktail (Cocktail)

1 oz. Brandy, 1 oz. (white) Crème de Cacao, 1 oz. Cream. Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.
Top with grated nutmeg.

 

Alexander’s Brother (Cocktail)

1/3 measure dry Gin, 1/3 measure Crème de Menthe, 1/3 measure cream.
Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Alexander’s Sister (Cocktail)

1/3 measure dry Gin, 1/3 measure (white) Crème de Menthe 1/3 measure cream.
Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Alfie Cocktail (Cocktail)

 1 ½ oz's Lemon vodka, ¼ oz, pineapple juice, dash Triple Sec.
shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

 

Alfonso (Cocktail)

 1 fl.oz, Dubonnet, 1 lump sugar, 2 dashes Angostura. Place sugar in a Champagne glass, shake bitters onto sugar cube.
Add Dubonnet, fill a glass with iced Champagne, and stir slightly. Add twist of lemon.

 

Alfonso Special (Cocktail)

 ½ measure Grand Marnier, ¼  measure Gin, ¼ measure French vermouth, 2 dashes Italian vermouth, dash Angostura.
Stir over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Algonquin Cocktail (Cocktail)

 ½ measure Rye whiskey, ¼ measure French vemouth, ¼ measure French vermouth, and ¼ measure pineapple juice.
Shake over ice, strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.

 

Allan’s Special (Cocktail)

 ½ measure Crème de Banane, 1 measure Gin. ½ measure lemon juice, dash egg white.
Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass, and add dash of Grenadine.

 

Allegheny Cocktail (Cocktail)

1 measure Bourbon whiskey, 1 measure French vermouth, ¼ measure lemon juice, ¼ measure Blackberry liqueur.
Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass, and add a twist of lemon peel.

 

Alleluia (Cocktail)

 ½ fl.oz. Maraschino, ½ fl.oz. Blue Curacao, ½ fl.oz. Lemon juice, 1 ½ fl.ozs. Tequila.
Shake over ice into an ice-filled high ball glass. Top with Bitter lemon and decorate with a slice of lemon, sprig of mint and a cherry.

Allen Cocktail (Cocktail)

1 measure dry Gin, ½ measure Maraschino, ¼ lemon juice.
Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Allies Cocktail (Cocktail)

                                  1 part dry Gin, 1 part French vermouth, 3 dashes Kummel. Stir over

                                  ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

All-white Frappe (Cocktail)

                            ¼ measure Peppermint schnapps, ¼ measure (white) Crème de Cacao,

                             ¼ measure Anisette, ¼ measure lemon juice. Shake over ice, strain

                              Into a Cocktail Glass with a teaspoon of crushed ice.

Alma (Cocktail)

                            3/10 measure Mandarine Napoleon, 3/10 measure Vodka, 1/10

                            grapefruit juice. Shake well over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Almeria (Cocktail)

                3/5 measure dark Rum, 2/5 measure Tia Maria, white of egg. Shake over ice,

                 strain into a Cocktail Glass.

Almond Blossom (Cocktail)

                               2/3 measure Perisco, 1/3 measure Cherry brandy. Shake over ice,

                                     strain into a Cocktail Glass. Dress with a cherry.

Almond Eye Cocktail (Cocktail)

                   1/3 measure Marsala, 1/3 measure Crème de Cacao 1/3 measure cream.

           .      Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

Almondocato (Cocktail)

                        Fill a liqueur glass 4/5 full of Advocaat and top with a dash of Crème de

                       Noyaux.

Amabile Beone (Cocktail)

                    2/3 measure (green) Crème de Menthe, ½ measure Drambuie, dash Per nod, 2

                    Dashes Gomme syrup. Shake over ice, strain into a sugar-rimmed (Per nod)

                    Cocktail Glass.

Alvear Palace (Cocktail)

5/8 measure Vodka, 1/8 measure apricot brandy, ¼ measure pineapple juice.
Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

Amaretto comforter (Cocktail)

½ measure Amaretto, ½ measure Southern Comfort. Shake well together over ice, strain into a small wine goblet, and float 1 fl.oz.
Whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Amaretto Heart warmer (Cocktail)

 ½ measure Southern Comfort, ¼ measure Amaretto, 2 blanched almonds, 1 crushed peach stone, 2 blanched almonds,
1 crushed peach stone, and 2 dashes Gomme syrup. Warm the Southern Comfort, add nuts and syrup stir and cool.
Add amaretto, stir, and strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.

Amaretto Sour (Cocktail)

2 measures Amaretto di Saronno, 1 measure lemon juice.
Stir with ice, strain over ice in an old-fashioned glass.

Ambassador (Cocktail)

                                    1/5 gill Tequila, juice of an orange, 2 dashes Gomme syrup. Stir

                                      over ice. Strain into an ice –filled old –fashioned glass. Top with 

                                       A slice of orange.

 

 Amber Greem Cocktail (Cocktail)

                                   2/3 measure day Gin, 1/3 measure sweet Vermouth, 2 dashes

                                   Yellow Chartreuse, dash Angostura. Shake over ice, strain into a

                                    Cocktail Glass.

 

Amber Moon (Cocktail)

               Tabasco, raw egg, Whisky, blended together. Used as a ‘Pick me up’.

Ambrosia Cocktail (Cocktail)

                 ½ measure Calvados, ½ measure Brandy, juice of a small lemon, dash

            Triple Sec. Shake over ice, strain into an ice-filled high-ball glass. Top with

            Iced Champagne.

American Absinthe (Cocktail)

                      ½ gill Per nod, 1 ½ gills water, dash Gum syrup to taste. Shake over ice,

                         strain. Soda water may be added.

 

American Beauty (Cocktail)

                     1/3 measure Brandy, 1/3 measure French vermouth, 1/3 measure 

                          French vermouth, 1/3 measure orange juice, 2 dashes (white) Crème de

                         Menthe. Shake over ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass. Float ½ fl.oz.

                         Port on top.

American Beauty Special (Cocktail)

                                       1/3 measure Cognac, 1/3 measure Cointreau, 1/3 measure

                                       golden Rum. Shake over ice, strain into a Champagne saucer.

                                         Dress with a twist of lemon peel juice.

American Fizz (Cocktail)

                             1/3 measure Gin, 1/3 measure Brandy, 1/3 measure lemon juice, dash

                               Grenadine, dash Gomme syrup. Shake well over ice, strain into an

                                 ice-filled Collins glass. Dress with a slice of lemon.

American Flyer Cocktail (Cocktail)

                                1/3 gill white Rum, juice of a lime, ½ teaspoon sugar. Shake well

                                over ice, strain into a Champagne flute. Top with iced Champagne.

American Glory (Cocktail)

                                 place the juice of ½ an orange in a tumbler, add 2 ice cubes, and fill with

                                 equal parts of Champagne and soda water. Stir and serve.

American Grog (Cocktail)

                          1 ½ fl.ozs. dark Rum, ¼ fl.oz. lemon juice, cube of sugar. Place all into a

                           warmed goblet, top with very hot water, stir.

American Legion Margarita (Cocktail)

                           ½ measure Tequila, 2/6 measure cointreau, 1/6 measure lime juice, 1/6

                         measure lemon juice. Shake over ice, strain into salt-rimmed (lime juice)

                         Cocktail Glass.

Americano Cocktail (Cocktail)

                             1 jigger Campari, 1 jigger sweet Vermouth. Pour over ice into a

                             High ball glass, fill with soda and add a twist of lemon.

American Rose Cocktail (Cocktail)

                                   . 1 measure Cognac, dash Grenadine, dash Per nod Shake well over

                    ice, strain into a balloon glass. Top with iced Champagne and a cherry.

Amer Picon Cocktail (Cocktail) (1)

                           1 ½ oz's Amer Picon, teaspoon Grenadine, juice of a lime. Shake over

                            ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

Amer Picon Cocktail (Cocktail)

                            (2). ½ measure Amer Picon, ½ measure Italian vermouth. Shake over

                            ice, strain into a well-chilled Cocktail Glass.

Amer Picon High ball (Cocktail)

                                  2/3 measure Amer Picon, 1/3 measure Grenadine. Stir over ice,

                                  strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with soda water.

Amigo (Cocktail)

                       ½ fl.oz. Apricot brandy, 1 fl.oz. Vodka, 3 fl.ozs. lemon juice, 3 dashes

                        Grenadine, 3 dashes Angostura. Shake over ice, strain into an ice-filled

                         High ball glass. Stir in pineapple juice.

Amontillado Cocktail (Cocktail)

                                    ½ measure Amontillado Cocktail (Cocktail) ½ measure Dubonnet.

                                   Stir in an ice-filled high ball glass. Top with a twist of lemon peel

                                   juice.

Amoricano (Cocktail)

                       1 measure Campari 1 measure dry Martini. Stir with ice, strain into a

                         high ball glass, top with soda and decorate with a twist of lemon.

Amour Cocktail (Cocktail)

                             ½ measure Cream sherry, ½ measure French vermouth, and dash

                              Angostura. Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass. Top with a

                               squeeze of orange peel juice and spiral of orange peel.

Ampainen Cocktail (Cocktail)

                                ½ measure Crème de Banane, ½ measure Vodka. Stir over ice in a

                                  high ball glass. Top with ginger ale. Dress with a slice of orange.

Amsterdam Cocktail (Cocktail)

                    ½ measure Hollands Gin, ¼ measure orange juice, ¼ measure Cointreau,

                          dash Angostura. Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

Andalusia Cocktail (Cocktail)

                         3/5 measure dry Sherry, 1/5 measure Bacardi White Label, 1/3 measure

                          Brandy. Stir over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

Anderson Cocktail (Cocktail)

                           ¾ measure dry Gin, ¼ measure Italian vermouth. Stir well over ice,

                            strain into a Cocktail Glass, top with twist of orange peel.

Angel face Cocktail (Cocktail)

                          1/3 measure Calvados, 1/3 measure dry Gin, 1/3 measure Apricot brandy.

                          Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.]

Angel’s Smile Cocktail (Cocktail)

                   1/3 measure Kirsch, 1/3 measure Cointreau, 1/3 measure Vodka, dash

                        Grenadine. Shake over ice, strain into Cocktail Glass. Dress with a cherry.

 

Angelo (Cocktail)

½ fl.oz. Galliano, ½ fl.oz. Southern Comfort. 1 fl.oz. Smirnoff Vodka, dash egg white.
Shake over ice, strain into an ice-filled high ball glass. Top with orange and pineapple juice.

Angel Special (Cocktail)

 (Non-alc). 1 egg yolk, 2 dashes Grenadine, 2 dashes Angostura, 1/3 pint orange juice.
Blend with a scoop of crushed ice in a blender. Pour in a Champagne flute. Dress with a cherry.

Angel’s Kiss (Cocktail)

 ¼ gill Benedictine, ¼ gill cream. Put liqueur into a large Elgin glass, float cream on top.

Angel’s Tip (Cocktail)

¾ measure brown Crème de Cacao, ¼ measure cream. Float cream on top of liqueur in a large Elgin glass.

Angel’s Wing (Cocktail)

(pousse café). 1 part Crème de Cacao, 1 part Brandy, 1 part cream. Pour in order into an Elgin glass.

Angel’s Wing (Ctrl)

 Angers Rose (Cocktail)

                      1/3 measure Bourbon, 1/3 measure Cointreau, 1/3 measure pineapple

                       Juice, dash egg white, dash Campari. Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail

                       glass .Decorate with a small slice of orange and cherry.

 

Angler Cocktail (Cocktail)

                  1/6 gill Vantogrio, 1/3 gill Gin, 2 dashes Orange bitters, 2 dashes

                      Angostura. Stir over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass. Add squeeze of

                     lemon peel juice on top

 

Angostura Fizz (Cocktail)

                   (Non-alc) ¼ gill Angostura bitters, 1/8 gill plain syrup, ½ gill lemon

                      juice, white of egg. Shake well over ice strain into a tumbler. Top with

                      soda water.

 

Animador (Cocktail)

                    1/3 measure Gin, 1/3 measure sweet Vermouth, 1/3 measure Aperital Delor.

                    Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Ante Cocktail (Cocktail)

              2/5 measure Calva das, 2/5 measure red Dubonnet, 1/5 measure Triple sec .stir

                 over ice strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Anticipation Cocktail (Cocktail)

                1/3 gill fresh Velvet, scoop vanilla ice cream. Blend together in a blender with a little crushed ice. Pour in a Champagne
                 flute. Top with grated chocolate.

 

Antillano (Cocktail)

                 1/6 gill light rum, 1/6gill golden rum, 1/6 gill grapefruit juice, 1/6 gill pineapple

                 Juice. Dash Angostura. Bar spoon Grenadine. Shake over ice strain into a

                 High ball glass with crushed ice. Decorate with pineapple, orange and a glace

                 cherry. Serve with straws.

    

 Antilles Cocktail (Cocktail)

 3/5 measure Bacardi White Label, 2/5 measure white Dubonnet. Shake

               well over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass .Dress with twist of orange peel

               juice.

Antoine Cocktail (Cocktail)

              2/3 measure Vodka, 1/3 measure lime juice, 2 dashes Crème de Cassis.

              Stir over ice, strain into an ice-filled high ball. Top with orange juice and

              slice of orange.

 

Antoine’s Smole (Cocktail)

             1 ½ fl.ozs Calvados, ½ fl.oz. lemon juice, ½ fl.oz. Gomme syrup. Shake 

             over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

 

Antonio (Cocktail)

             1/3 measure Brandy, 1/3 measure dry Gin, 1/6 measure Maraschino, 1/6 

             measure (white) Crème de Menthe. Shake well over ice, strain into a

             Cocktail Glass.

Luxury Cocktail (Cocktail)

1/3 gill Cognac, 2 dashes Orange bitters. Pour into a Champagne saucer glass .Top with iced Champagne.

Luigi Cocktail (Cocktail)

1/2 gill Gin, ¼ gill French vermouth, 1 teaspoon Grenadine, 1 dash Cointreau, juice ½ tangerine.
Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

Macaroni Cocktail (Cocktail)

2/3 measure Pastis, 1/3 measure sweet Vermouth, Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

Mac’s Folly (Cocktail)

Pour into a large jug 1 bottle Gin, 1 measure dry Vermouth. Add

                 Plenty of ice stir and serve.

Main Brace (Cocktail)

1/3 measure Gin, 1/3 measure Cointreau, 1/3 measure grapefruit juice .Shake over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass.

Mamie Taylor (Cocktail)

2fl. Ozs. Scotch whisky, juice ½ lime. Shake over ice, strain into an ice-filled high ball glass Top with ginger ale, and stir.

Manhattan Cocktail (Cocktail)

(4) (Dry).1/4 gill Rye whisky, ¼ gill dry Vermouth, dash Angostura. Stir over ice strain into a Cocktail Glass .Add a cherry.

Matador Cocktail (Cocktail)

1 ½ fl.ozs. Tequila, 2dashes lemon juice. Shake over crushed ice strain into an ice filled high ball and top with lemonade
